Southside Holiday Caravan Terms and Conditions 2010

Prices are per week or night dependant on length of stay. Bookings are provisionally held for 7 days by which time a £50.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking with balance to be paid in cash on arrival, or cheque one week before arrival. In the unlikely event that the booked caravan becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control your deposit will be refunded as alternative accommodation cannot be offered.

A £1.00 per night surcharge is payable for pets and £3.00 extra persons over the caravan sleeping capacity of four.

Bedding can be supplied for up to 4 people at a charge of £5.00 per person per stay alternatively people should bring their own. If required bedding should be requested at booking or as soon as possible in advance of your stay to avoid disappointment.

The caravan must be kept in a clean and tidy condition. All breakages and damages to be reported as soon as practically possible and paid for prior to departure from caravan. The caravan, awning and garden area are strictly no smoking areas.

For those bringing dogs it is requested that you clean up and bin any faeces from the garden.

The caravan becomes available for incoming guests at 2.00 pm on day of arrival and we request caravan vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

The owners are not liable for personal injury to guests or damage to or loss of property whilst staying at the caravan.

As the awning is a non secure area we advise that you keep any valuables in the caravan. As the caravan is a tourer type, we will require access to the awning and caravan periodically to change the toilet cassette and the 12v battery, we will do this at times which cause least interference to your holiday. Guests may change their own battery should they wish, leaving the discharged one in the awning for collection and recharging.
