Escape to a peaceful holiday caravan located in the North York Moors National Park near Egton Bridge and Grosmont, nine miles from Whitby. This privately owned four berth caravan situated on a small working farm is sited away form the farm buildings in its own fenced garden area, offering peace and tranquility for couples and families. The caravan boasts beautiful views over the stunning countryside of the Esk Valley. See our horses, goats and donkey as well as the local wildlife, including numerous wild birds, rabbits and Roe deer. Ideal for those wanting a walking holiday, exploring Whitby, the coast and Heartbeat country, or just to relax and get away from it all. Easily accessed by road with adequate parking for your car, motorbike or bicycle, close to the caravan. Lovely country pubs within walking distance and close to the North Yorkshire Moors (steam) Railway.
We open for the 2010 season on Saturday 27th February and remain open until 3rd December when we close for the winter.
A welcome gift of tea, coffee, milk and sugar awaits your arrival, with a larger hamper for stays of six nights or more.
We are a non smoking holiday accomodation. Our policy includes strictly no smoking in all areas of the caravan including the awning, garden and anywhere on the farm. Unfortunately some guests have ignored this policy. This is a polite notice to say that if you feel you are unable to refrain from smoking whilst on our premises please do not book your holiday with us.

A full size awning is attached to the caravan giving you extra storage and somewhere to put muddy boots and wet clothes. It can also be used as an extra sleeping area. We will periodically need to gain access to the awning and caravan to change the battery, reset the hot water and change the toilet cassette.
Non smokers only. Smoking is not permitted in the caravan, awning or garden area.
PRICES FOR 2010
Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday, although short stays from £30.00 per night and alternative week starts are catered for subject to availability. MINIMUM STAY OF TWO NIGHTS. Price includes all gas and electric (12volt.)
A £50.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. A £3.00 surcharge per night for persons over the caravan capacity of four. Remainder of balance may be paid in cash on arrival or cheque sent allowing 5 working days to clear before arrival.
